At Uní, light, sound, rhythm, scent, and movement are as important as the food; the experience matters. Like entering a home where you can relax and be gently guided through the evening, the focus is on creating a sense of ease and comfort. That philosophy influenced both the interior and the cuisine.
The design follows a Japandi aesthetic, using organic materials, muted earth tones, and simplicity. An oak-paneled bar, artwork, and personal touches reinforce a balance of refinement and warmth, while Kristina Dam Studio’s Outline Chairs add comfort and elegance with their clean lines and oak frames. Together, the details evoke a sense of balance, craftsmanship, and warmth.
