Description
The little fine salt spoon is the smallest spoon in Kay Bojesen's Grand Prix family. It is true to the shape, even though it is almost four times smaller than the large serving and salad spoon. When you were setting the table in the 1930s one had to cover up nicely, it was with many different elements, and small private things for each person. It could be a small ashtray, or a salt dish with a tiny spoon. The private small salt dish would also work well today, but we have gotten used to sharing the salt and pepper. In our salt dishes today on our dining tables, it would be a good idea to place a few Grand Prix salt spoons. You could even use the spoon for sauces or spices.
