Plint by Cecilie Manz is a low, rectangular piece of furniture that finds a use anywhere: as a coffee table in front of the sofa, a bench in the hallway, or a side table under a window.

It consists of just two main parts – the top and the apron – joined by hinges of vegetable-tanned leather and locked in place with a wooden dowel and a leather strap. No glue, screws or tools are needed, and it ships in a slim, flat package.

This version is solid oak with an oil finish, which develops a lovely patina over time and can be refreshed with light sanding and a new coat of oil.

Plint carries the EU Ecolabel, is made from FSC®-certified wood, and every component can be bought as a spare part.
