Spring Copenhagen Flora

Africa is home to many amazing and wonderful animals. One of them is the hippopotamus. This large animal lives in lakes and rivers south of the Sahara desert, where it gathers in flocks with its fellow species.

Here it spends the days drifting around in the water, so you can just see its ears and eyes poke through the water’s surface, while at night it goes ashore to eat grass.

It’s difficult to get up close to the hippopotamus in its natural surroundings, but with Chresten Sommer's beautiful figure you can now get the magnificent animal into your own home. She goes perfectly with the hippopotamus cub, Wilma.

Flora is not a toy and is not to be used by children. It is a unique handmade and hand-assembled product in wood and there may be some minor variations from product to product. Clean it with a damp cloth. For better finish and maintenance use beeswax occasionally on all our wooden products.
