At NORMODE, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage or defect; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. Availability varies and we usually ship within 1-2 days, but up to about 14-21 days in rare cases. We use Fedex Ground, UPS, and USPS as our preferred carriers and once your order ships you will receive en email notification with your tracking information.
If you are dissatisfied - for any reason - you may return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise value provided the item(s) are new and 100% unused and in original packaging. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear or use and abuse or failure to follow use and care guidelines for the product(s). PLEASE NOTE: Item(s) purchased with special promo campaigns and discounts are final and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
