ESTIMATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

At NORMODE, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the products we offer. Attention to design, materials, safety, and construction are our priority. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that our order processing time is separate from shipping times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Availability varies, and we usually ship within 5-7 days, but up to about 3-6 weeks in some cases. Please note: Larger items and cross border deliveries may be subject to additional charges after checkout. We use UPS and USPS as our preferred carriers, and once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note that shipping times are subject to change due to the availability of products and/or the manufacturer's availability. A representative will notify you in writing after receiving your order in the event delays are to be expected. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a new shipment date. At that time, you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. We will do our best to keep you updated on issues that arise due to any backup in production. If there is a problem, we will alert you as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists.

RETURNS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hrs at info@normode.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will review your claim and respond back to you as soon as possible with replacement options.

Eligible items can be returned when a return is requested within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. Please contact us at info@normode.com and inform us of your order number and indicate the reason for your return. You will then receive an email with details on how to return the merchandise to us. You will be responsible for the return shipment cost. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped directly from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear or use and abuse or failure to follow use and care guidelines for the product(s).

All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Item(s) purchased with special promo campaigns and discounts are final and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. We will not accept any return(s) without prior return authorization and instructions given to you in writing.

Color note: Every computer monitor displays color differently. We cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors, textures, and other features, are provided by the manufacturer.

Handmade products: Please note, variations may occur in handmade products.
